Conical Nozzle

A conical nozzle spreads liquid in a radial pattern from a central outlet. It is typically selected where a local zone needs circular or cone-shaped coverage rather than the linear band produced by a fan nozzle.

For PCB wet-process equipment, this can include rinse stations, chemical distribution points, developing or etching sections when the process liquid and installation material are compatible. Coverage is governed by cone angle, flow, nozzle height and target-surface spacing.
