PP Conical Nozzle creates a full-cone spray pattern for washing, rinsing and chemical-liquid distribution in PCB wet-process equipment. Its PP construction is suited to many water-based and chemical process positions where a lightweight corrosion-resistant nozzle body is needed.
PP Conical Nozzle distributes liquid outward from a central outlet to form a conical coverage area. Compared with a fan nozzle, which produces a flat spray band, a conical nozzle is useful when a local area, corner, tank section or enclosed process zone needs more radial coverage.
In PCB wet-process equipment, this type of nozzle can be arranged for cleaning, rinsing, developing, etching or chemical distribution according to the liquid used and the physical layout of the line. The PP body gives the product a practical option for many corrosive wet-process environments, while the final suitability should follow the actual chemical concentration and temperature.
