Yesterday, On 2024.Dec.2，a Macedonian client visited our company for the second time this year. The purpose of the visit was to gain a deeper understanding of our company’s comprehensive strength. In the office, they explained the products, quantity, and specifications of the order they wanted to place. They then visited the sample area and communicated with Kelly about the quality and details of the products they needed. Afterwards, they went to the air knife workshop on the first floor. As the CEO of their company with over 50 years of experience as an engineer, they had much more expertise than us. During their visit, they even mentioned that the slotted air knife was originally invented by one of their German friends. They also demonstrated in the laboratory the reasons and benefits of the slotted air knife design.
In the workshop, the client stayed for quite some time to observe our manufacturing process and equipment, constantly praising our CEO. This was undoubtedly an affirmation of our company’s strength. During lunch, we had many discussions. The client highly praised Kelly for his timely reply to messages. They believed that in addition to ensuring product quality, timely communication is crucial in evaluating the quality of a company because their company operates 24/7 and can’t afford to wait.
During our communication, we found that the client’s daily life is very disciplined and their work is highly efficient. They could clearly tell us the details of when they will provide us with drawings. After lunch, we went to the rubber roller production factory to show the client the production process and technology. The client expressed their intention of future cooperation on the spot. This was undoubtedly a huge affirmation for our company.
In the afternoon, we took the client on the subway to the Talent Park, where they experienced the subway system of Shenzhen. They enjoyed the sea breeze and scenic beauty of the Talent Park. We also had lunch together, making it a wonderful and fulfilling day.
