Product Details

String Wound Filter Cartridge uses a gradient-density wound structure: larger particles are intercepted at the outer layer while finer particles are retained farther inside. This makes it a practical pre-filtration format for liquid systems that need staged particle capture.

The current page lists cotton, polypropylene and glass-fiber media; stainless steel, PP and tin-plated steel cores; 10, 20, 30 and 40 inch lengths; a 60 mm standard outside diameter; and maximum operating temperatures of 80C for PP and 120C for cotton.

The selected medium and core must match the actual liquid, temperature and end connection. Do not copy one material specification across all wound-filter variants.

Key Advantages

  • Wound gradient structure supports staged particle capture.
  • Multiple fiber and core options are listed.
  • 10-40 inch lengths support common replacement sizes.

Applications

  • PCB and electronic process lines
  • RO and water-treatment pre-filtration
  • Chemical, coating, ink and paint filtration
