Engineering to Your Hydraulic Design
In any high-volume Etching or Developing line, “chemical drag-out” is a yield killer. The SN:6-3 is specifically built to break the surface tension that causes liquid to puddle on the board. Unlike flat rollers that just push chemistry around, these machined grooves act as active drainage channels. We see these most often at the exit of Etching machines, where they funnel aggressive acids away from the panel center to prevent “over-etching” at the edges.
