Main Application Scenarios

Unlike flat rollers that just push chemistry around, these machined grooves act as active drainage channels. We see these most often at the exit of Etching machines, where they funnel aggressive acids away from the panel center to prevent “over-etching” at the edges.

For LCD Glass Washing, the grooved profile is a lifesaver.
