Conical Nozzle 025Y, 030Y and 040Y produces a full-cone spray field: liquid spreads outward from the outlet to wet a defined circular or radial area. This differs from a fan nozzle, which creates a flat band across a surface.
The three codes belong to one conical-nozzle family, giving equipment builders a practical way to compare configuration options while keeping the same general spray principle. They can be considered for cleaning, rinsing, developing, etching or chemical-liquid distribution when the material, process liquid and line layout are compatible.
For line design, the important decision is not the name alone but the relationship between cone angle, flow, nozzle-to-target distance and nozzle spacing. These factors determine whether adjacent spray areas overlap evenly or leave untreated gaps.
