Published features are: not dry or hard; heat resistance up to 110C; strong water absorption, toughness, friction resistance and elasticity. sponge roller diameter and density can be selected according to line speed and roller spacing, with customized size available.

Diameter, working length, shaft arrangement and process liquid determine the roller configuration for a specific line.
